Developed Market Equities, Consumer Discretionary, and Defensives outperformed; Oil , Utilities, and Momentum underperformed. Market movement mirrors geopolitical actions at the moment, moving back and forth with no clear end in sight.  August is typically a weak month for stocks, so caution is warranted.
