Weekend Stock Market Outlook

Stock Market Outlook entering the Week of October 6th = Uptrend

    • ADX Directional Indicators: Downtrend
    • Price & Volume Action: Mixed
    • Objective Elliott Wave Analysis: Uptrend*

COMMENTARY
After deluge of data and a volatile week of trading, the stock market outlook is in an uptrend, with an asterisk.

The ADX continues to show a bearish trend.  Price and Volume shows high-levels of institutional selling.  But prices are above the 50-day as of this weekend, so the signal is mixed.  OEW is still showing an uptrend.

    Goodday,

I thought to understand from Objective Elliott Wave Analysis:
    Week 7/10 : Downtrend
Week 14/10 : tbd in function of what will happen and hence which count becomes validated …

as we also decided … translated text …
week 7/10: everything will remain extremely fragile with possibly or certainly new interest rate cuts later, the question is whether the enormous “us-tanker” can be started again, the reason for this is that almost everything we already have behind us in recent years has already come about by stimulation. In other words, it is true that the economy and of course the financial markets can no longer do without stimulation, which is unhealthy.
At a certain point, the market will have to quit with all the misery that that entails. What we don’t know is where that turning point is? It is all short-term work, over time, others will have to pay the price for what is going on.

The coming week there will be a lot of movement on the markets again, I cannot imagine that everything is over again and that the markets will come to rest. Trump remains under pressure and he now starts to put the famous stick around him. Through his Tweets, he scolds everyone who comes close to him, unworthy of a president, but we have known that for almost 3 years now. We are going to see what all this will lead to in the coming weeks. It will certainly not be easier if we just have the patience to only act on outliers …
